What do we know about the novel coronavirus?

  • President Trump celebrates violence. He is responsible for the grotesque abuse of children and families on our borders. He pardoned a Navy SEAL convicted of war crimes. He celebrates violence at his rallies, and he has complained that his supporters are not violent enough. He celebrates violence against journalists. Years before George Floyd was killed by police, Trump told police that they should harm prisoners in their custody. Because he desires violence wherever he looks, the president even wishes football was more violent. His followers listen.

Earlier in the day on Monday, two close Trump allies in Congress made shocking remarks on Twitter following the president’s threat to vaguely designate huge swaths of Americans as “terrorists.”

It is presently unsolvable conflict (in economics approach) between two parts of ruling class.

We can clearly see how part of elites are helping riots to take power.

Issue is that they can loose control and in this case can become victims themselfs.

But idea is nice - rise the stakes, make Trump talk more, do more.

  • Wuhan is also home to a lab called the Wuhan Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (WCDPC). It is a BSL-2 lab that is just 250 metres away from the Huanan market. Bat coronaviruses have in the past been kept at the Wuhan WCDPC lab.

    Nice.

Most staggering thing is that in all countries such labs work all day till night and none of them produced any valuable vaccine or anything like this. Yet they work really hard. Plus many countries have real factories producing pathogens in big amounts. And it is clear that elites have some real usage for them, everyday usage.

  • @mitkoo....really....ask if I'm counting too early to one of those dead family members ! And what does " Currencies as %infected might become valuable" mean ? Are you insinuating that money is a tradeoff, because I doubt if los suecos are dying from being out of work on lockdown.

Every day people die, but if 80% of medial presence is only dealing with this people get crazy. If Sweden can build cohort immunity they would be much belter prepared for the second wave, if any. Where is this virus going to go in the future? Mars? IMHO, after it is gone to Mars or all people are immune, the time will come to count and to compare who did better. For Sweden may be this time will come earlier than for Norway. This is the currency i mean.

  • We are in the wrong industry

  • If you rotate around letters covid19 transforms to 19vodki.

  • @mitkoo....what ?? Some people can't reconsider their words ...cause apparently they scrabble them around into jibberish .... https://www.bloombergquint.com/onweb/man-behind-sweden-s-virus-strategy-says-he-got-some-things-wrong

  • @kurth

Finance Minister Magdalena Andersson recently warned that Sweden is facing its worst economic crisis since World War II, with GDP set to slump 7% in 2020, roughly as much as the rest of the EU.

Obviously Sweden is not on Mars and also had very similar issues intheir economy before all this.

  • European Union (EU) nations banking on 5G to boost economic growth are eager to tackle conspiracy theories linking the wireless technology to the spread of the novel coronavirus that have seen masts torched in several places.

According to telecoms lobbying groups ETNO and GSMA, such false claims have resulted in over 140 arson attacks on infrastructure such as mobile phone masts in 10 European countries and assaults on scores of maintenance workers.

Britain has seen 87 arson attacks and the Netherlands 30, while cases have also been reported in France, Belgium, Italy and Germany.

This is that happens if you choose wrong manufacturer.

  • @Vitaliy....sweden has one of the top quality of life standards in the world. You can't convince me swedes would have been starving ....I live in mexico. Mexico is being forced by economic necessity only....into reopening. Last night on newz....puerto vallarto ....60,000 waiters and chambermaids out of work with no food and w/o a peso ....no social safety nets here. Sweden made the world a nice example. Thank You Sweden. It failed, but demonstrated the only way forward , short of millions dying. The USa is giving the world another type of example of what not to do. Sadly I think more lessons are in the pipeline.

  • California is readying a bill that could expand the state’s use of facial recognition, including for law enforcement purposes.

Introduced as Assembly Bill 2261, the bill would provide a framework by which companies and government agencies could legally engage in facial recognition, provided they give prior notice.

Ruling class has clear interests now, but technology approach they try to use will fail them.

  • @kurth

Sweden could do it not because some person told them so.

They could do it due to political and economical situation, and US could not do it, as if number of sick and dead could be 3-4x of present one it could be very risky for ruling class.

You can aready can see the spring that exist in US society.

  • A recent large study on the controversial drugs chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine was just retracted by The Lancet, the scientific journal that published it. The study had found that the drugs weren’t able to effectively treat COVID-19, but the authors say that they weren’t able to independently analyze the data used to reach that conclusion. The study is no longer considered reliable.

    Wow, who could have thought.

Soon after the research was published in The Lancet, scientists started to point out problems with the dataset used in the study — it claimed to have data that would have been almost impossible to gather during that time frame, for example. The data came from a company called Surgisphere, whose founder and CEO was a coauthor on the study. In the retraction notice, the other authors said that they weren’t able to access the raw data from Surgisphere to independently confirm its accuracy. “We can no longer vouch for the veracity of the primary data sources,” they wrote.

And now they invented nice reason for this. Despite that all article had been one complete bullshit that exchanged correlation with causation.

It is time to do something with all this holy war. Like put someone to jail, for example. I suggest to start from some "lefty" media guys.

  • Mordor news

Preliminary data show that deaths in large cities in May 2020 rose 32% YoY.
Only very small percentage of this is due to coronavirus - around 2-3%.
All else due to almost full consure of medical help for other patients.

  • Let's be clear about something: if there is a spike in coronavirus cases in the next two weeks, don't blame the protesters.

    Blame racism.

So, cure is clear. How about to hang all whites around NY? Just to keep the spirits and movement.

  • Breathing issues with masks finally solved in Mordor, new model coming!

  • Singapore wants every resident to wear special COVID-19 tracing device.

    Coming to your country soon.

  • It is lot of problems with logic lately

Staying at home, social distancing, and public masking are effective at minimizing the spread of COVID-19. To the extent possible, we support the application of these public health best practices during demonstrations that call attention to the pervasive lethal force of white supremacy. However, as public health advocates, we do not condemn these gatherings as risky for COVID-19 transmission. We support them as vital to the national public health and to the threatened health specifically of Black people in the United States.

Most fun is that it is exactly same scientists that report to same US political wing that just recently told us extreme horrors and how any gapherings are not allowed.

  • @Vitaliy...the unherd video and karl friston is highly speculative and based on zero evidence. In Mexico we've had hospital worker outbreaks where more than 50% were infected. If 80% are immune , as these dumbasses say, then how'd that happen ? A mathematical model is only as good as it's assumptions.

  • @kurth

One thing with HCQ can be that big pharma actually play on the globalists side, so they won't do anything in near future.

I also think that vaccine thing will be used against Trump this fall, as it'll fail.

  • @kurth

I agree about video above, all this things with herd immunity come from shit position that medicine had with flu and similar viruses. They didn't do anything for long long time.

I can also see that despite elites had been forced to talk about masks mode they try hard to turn it into either profitable business or just profanation.
