What do we know about the novel coronavirus?

  • Square employees will be able to work from home even after the COVID-19 shelter-in-place orders end. The indefinite extension of the company’s remote work policy echoes a similar announcement from Twitter last week

Workers can be happy, but they must note that they started to compete with all other world as soon as started working remotely. So, big cuts in salaries coming.

  • President Trump admitted on Monday taking Hydroxychloroquine with zinc as a precaution against coronavirus - telling reporters "I happen to be taking it," and "I'm not going to get hurt by it."

At least man has some principles.

  • New attack on hydroxychloroquine, China goverment sponsored research this time

Made same as all previous ones (just remove second component and never tell where you start giving it).

Local medical experts have found that hydroxychloroquine has no significant effect on patients with a mild or moderate coronavirus infection but brought more complications.

The world’s first such multi-center research targeting the anti-malaria drug on coronavirus treatment was published by British Medical Journal, one of the four leading journals in the world.

The research conducted by Ruijin Hospital studied 150 coronavirus patients recruited from 16 Chinese hospitals between February 11 and March 20. Patients were divided into two groups: one with hydroxychloroquine plus standard care and one with standard care only.

The hydroxychloroquine group was given a daily dosage of 1,200 milligrams for the first three days and 800 milligrams every day after that. Patients in a mild and moderate condition received treatment for two weeks, while it was three weeks for more serious cases.

“We didn’t find significant differences between the two groups,” said Dr Xie Qing, director of Ruijin’s infectious diseases department.

About 85.4 percent of patients with hydroxychloroquine eventually tested negative for coronavirus, compared with 81.3 percent of the other group. The average time for the easing of symptoms was 19 days for the group with hydroxychloroquine, and 21 days for the others.

But the rate of adverse reaction for taking hydroxychloroquine was 30 percent, much higher than the 8.8 percent in the other group.

Note at the dates - it is reuse of old thing, And it is much sooner than any mention of hydroxychloroquine by Trump.

Publication time on goverment sites is certainly linked to Trump remarks.

  • Mordor news

It is proposed to ban entry to any children in schools or students who rejected any of goverment proposed vaccines, including new upcoming coronavirus vaccines. Law is expected to pass in super express mode.

Actually it is already extremely hard and press is enormous, if you work in any goverment related workplace it'll be almost impossible.

  • More Mordor news

It is proposed to make mass testing for antibodies. But it is not all.

Everyone with with either high IgM or high IgG will be forced to self isolate with smartphone tracking for 2 or 3 weeks.

Proposal make no sense at all, and being questioned officials said that it is none of our business to ask such questions.

Measure seems to be designed to induce huge hit on economy, tageting especially retail, medicine and such industries.

Note that antibodies tests are not very reliable and up to 20-25% people can get significant error in measured antibodies.

  • Coronavirus also provides new look at Theranos story

What if Big Pharma perfectly knew that will happen soon?

In such case Theranos became existential threat, as multiple tests for antibodies for all 100% of population is huge money (>$100 billions only in US I guess). And it is exactly small amount of blood, self made blood taking and such robotic system that could make it very cheap.

  • Some small and silent industry rumors

Lot of new upcoming smartphones will come with special build in tracking hypervisor modules. User won't be able to switch them off even on rooted phones. Phones will also be able to transfer into cloud all your contacts history upon request (silently, it won't be much interface).

Phones that have your face or fingerprint authentification will have it as requirement for phone activation, so goverment will know hwo is actual owner and user of smartphone.

  • New reason for total lockdown in spring found!

A few years ago, the World Health Organization dubbed the new century “the age of allergies,” and the disease itself as an “epidemic”: according to WHO, from 2001 to 2010, the number of allergy sufferers in the world increased by 20%. By 2025, according to WHO, 50% of the world's population will already suffer from this ailment. According to the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EAACI), there are 150 million chronic allergy sufferers in Europe - 20% of the population.

Allergies in individual countries already account for up to 40%. In Denmark and Canada, for example, 30% of the population suffer from this disease, in Germany - 40%.

In the UK the figure is even higher: 44% of the adult population has at least one type of allergy, and 40% of children have had allergic rhinitis at least once. In addition, British researchers estimate that the number of hospitalizations with anaphylactic shock has increased by 615% over 20 years.

What is the source of all this horror things? Not only genetical degradation, but mostly idea to keep children in sterile conditions, more computers, less dirt, much less self activiry, total control. Result is horrible.

  • Youtube want to fully crackdown all non WHO approved coronavirus videos

YouTube doesn't allow content that spreads medical misinformation that contradicts the World Health Organization (WHO) or local health authorities’ medical information about COVID-19. This is limited to content that contradicts WHO or local health authorities’ guidance on:

    • Treatment
    • Prevention
    • Diagnostic
    • Transmission

YouTube’s policies on COVID-19 are subject to change in response to changes to global or local health authorities’ guidance on the virus. This policy was published on May 20, 2020.

Treatment Misinformation: Discourages someone from seeking medical treatment by encouraging the use of cures or remedies to treat COVID-19.

    • Claims that COVID-19 doesn't exist or that people do not die from it
    • Content that encourages the use of home remedies in place of medical treatment such as  consulting a doctor or going to the hospital
    • Content that encourages the use of prayer or rituals in place of medical treatment
    • Content that claims that a vaccine for coronavirus is available or that there's a guaranteed cure
    • Content that claims that any currently-available medicine prevents you from getting the coronavirus
    • Other content that discourages people from consulting a medical professional or seeking medical advice

Prevention Misinformation: Content that promotes prevention methods that contradict WHO or local health authorities.

Diagnostic Misinformation: Content that promotes diagnostic methods that contradict WHO or local health authorities.

Transmission Misinformation: Content that promotes transmission information that contradicts WHO or local health authorities.

    • Content that claims that COVID-19 is not caused by a viral infection
    • Content that claims COVID-19 is not contagious
    • Content that claims that COVID-19 cannot spread in certain climates or geographies
    • Content that claims that any group or individual has guaranteed immunity to the virus or cannot transmit the virus
    • Content that disputes the efficacy of WHO or local health authorities' guidance on physical distancing or self-isolation measures to reduce transmission of COVID-19

I think it is time ot do something with Alphabet, as guys becoming enemies of the people.

  • Meet your enemies

Between March 18—the rough start date of the pandemic shutdown, when most federal and state economic restrictions were in place—and May 19, the total net worth of the 600-plus U.S. billionaires jumped by $434 billion or 15%, based on the group’s analysis of Forbes data. The billionaires’ worth rose from $2.948 trillion to $3.382 trillion.

This guys want you to live in misery and participate in total tracking and forced vaccinations each 2-3 months.

  • ""New York refused to release its own statistics, but @AP found hospitals released more than 4,300 coronavirus patients to already strained nursing homes under a controversial state order""..... https://twitter.com/AP/status/1263715228841279488?s=20

Looking at the records of 96,000 patients across hundreds of hospitals, they found that administering the drugs actually increased the risk of dying.

They compared outcomes from four groups: those treated with hydroxychloroquine alone, with chloroquine alone, and then two groups given the respective drugs in combination with antibiotics.

There was also a control group of patients not given these treatments.

At the end of the study period around nine percent of those in the control group had died.

Of those treated with hydroxychloroquine or chloroquine alone, 18 percent and 16.4 percent respectively had died.

And those given each drug in combination with antibiotics were even more likely to die: 22.8 percent with chloroquine and 23.8 percent with hydroxychloroquine.

The authors estimated that the drugs put patients at up to 45 percent higher risk of dying from COVID-19 compared with underlying health issues.

How reputable journal can publiush such?

As it is retrospective view where they just made database from information obtained from verious hospitals.

Of course you will have higher death rate as according to proposed standard doctors gave hydroxychloroquine to people who had much more issues and worse state.

Combination with antibiotics had been given to people with even worse state (heavy bacterial pneumonia complication).

  • My present view on grand plan

    • Disproportionate horror and lockdown on coronavirus
    • Making serious but manageable illness into No1 existential threat, especially by playing strange games with proper protection measures
    • Proposing making vaccines out of any ordinary rules
    • Forced mass vaccination (despite that all 100% of vaccines for SARS and MERS failed exactly in longer human testing!)
    • Return of coronavirus but now with antibodydependent enhancement due to vaccines, making death rate at 20-40%
    • Profit (for part of alites who are for population reduction)
  • Six feet not far enough to stop virus transmission in light winds: study

In a paper published in Physics of Fluids, Talib Dbouk and Dimitris Drikakis discovered that with even a slight breeze of 4 kph, saliva travels 18 feet in 5 seconds.

"The droplet cloud will affect both adults and children of different heights," Drikakis said. "Shorter adults and children could be at higher risk if they are located within the trajectory of the traveling saliva droplets."

  • More than 4,300 recovering coronavirus patients were sent to New York’s already vulnerable nursing homes under a controversial state directive that was ultimately scrapped amid criticisms it was accelerating the nation’s deadliest outbreaks, according to a count by The Associated Press.

AP compiled its own tally to find out how many COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals to nursing homes under the March 25 directive after New York’s Health Department declined to release its internal survey conducted two weeks ago. It says it is still verifying data that was incomplete.

Surprise, Italy did almost same thing and with same result.

    Accident?

  • @jleo

Math and physics science guys have issue - they rarely touch reality, in a hard normal way.

How about just model real big supermarket with all their winds, cooling and ventilation systems and people constantly going around?

From day one it had been clear that "social distancing" is horrid bullshit that resulted in tens of thousands of dead people. As it replaced real proven science of proper protective things to this anti science shite based on common logic (with attempt to attach to some side pseudo scientific modelling).

  • I told ya

CEO Mark Zuckerberg predicted more than 50% of the company's employees could be working from home within the next 5 to 10 years.

The company said it aims to "aggressively" ramp up its hiring of remote workers and that they will take a measured approach to opening up permanent remote work positions for existing employees

The company will begin allowing certain employees to work remotely full time, he said. Those employees will have to notify the company if they move to a different location by Jan. 1, 2021. As a result, those employees may have their compensations adjusted based on their new locations, Zuckerberg said.

“We’ll adjust salary to your location at that point,” said Zuckerberg, citing that this is necessary for taxes and accounting. “There’ll be severe ramifications for people who are not honest about this.”

Big cuts coming for guys who will try to live in no so expensive place.
