Main priority target for supercomputers in last 10 years is research of proteins, their bonding and 3d folding.

This is that allowed to not only make unique S spike protein, but also many of its improved variants that allowed to increase infection rate up to 70 times.

Another big part is modelling of virus RNA functioning and prediction and maximization of replication rate. We can also observe results with dead people around us each day.

This is that happens if you let elite and specialist to go uncontrolled. They will act as maniacs and murderers without any police around.

  • Clearly an engineered virus. Fauci's cohort, Peter Daszak, stated in 2015: "We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan corona virus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process."

If that doesn't suggest a premeditated plan, I don't know what does.

  • News after news

Researchers at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have created GPU-accelerated software to simulate the life processes of a 2 billion-atom cell. Metabolic processes take place inside the cell - it lives and develops as if it were alive. The technology allows us to give a simple answer to a lot of questions about the behavior of the cell in certain conditions.

Even a simplified model simulates 7,000 genetic information processing processes during a 20-minute cell life cycle. It is claimed to be the longest and most complex cell simulation to date. The number of model genes was reduced to 500 pieces. Only the minimum number of genes that is necessary for the survival of the cell remains. For comparison, E. coli contains information in 5000 genes. The saved genes allowed the cell to develop normally in every sense and reach the stage of replication.

Physical and chemical processes in the digital model were reproduced at the level of interaction of atoms.

  • SARS-CoV-2 has been able to counteract the innate immune defenses from the very beginning by suppressing the signals of the infected cell.

Omicron "learned" more. Omicron not only more easily evades specific antibodies that appear after vaccination or exposure to other variants of SARS-CoV-2 earlier. He learned to use a new way to enter the cell, to enter through the "other door" - the endosomal path.

SARS-CoV-2 has two entry routes. After binding to ACE2, a receptor protein on the cell surface, viral particles can directly bind to the cell when another human protein called TMPRSS2 cleaves the spike protein on the surface of the virus. Alternatively, after binding to ACE2, the virus can be taken up by the cell via a vesicle called an endosome. The virus then enters the cytoplasm of the cell with the help of other spike-cleaving proteins called cathepsins.

Early laboratory studies have shown that TMPRSS2 cleaves the Omicron spike protein less efficiently than other variants, preventing the first, direct pathway. In a preprint published Jan. 3, virologist Jo Grove of the University of Glasgow and others showed that blocking TMPRSS2 with the chemical camostat inhibits pseudoviruses carrying the Alpha or Delta variant spike in cell culture, but not those carrying the Omicron spike. Conversely, blocking cathepsins with a compound called E64d inhibited viruses carrying the Omicron spike, but not Alpha or Delta. According to Grove, these data "clearly show that the endosomal route is now much more preferable." (Another new preprint, also dated Jan. 3, by virologist Thomas Peacock of Imperial College London and colleagues, provides similar results.)

  • Governor Ron DeSantis is demanding the Biden Administration reverse its sudden decision to revoke emergency use authorization (EUA) for monoclonal antibody treatments.

At least they have some principles - sell as much vaccine shots as possible and prevent usage of any other option to save people lives.

  • It is big issue in working ages deaths

Lot of it is stress and idea to use lot of alcohol and drugs to go over it. Plus suicides.

  • Israel

The meeting of the cabinet of ministers decided to almost completely remove restrictions on unvaccinated Israelis, keeping the "green standard" only for high-risk events, such as parties, mass celebrations and the like. The list of events that still have to maintain the "green standard" will be published later, when all the new rules are fully formed.

In addition, from next Tuesday, the obligation to take a coronavirus test before flying abroad for those who are not vaccinated is cancelled.

Passengers with cold symptoms observed in the last two weeks will be allowed to board the flight, provided that they present a negative antigen test taken after the onset of symptoms. So far, only negative PCR tests have been accepted.

The "Green Standard" will now apply not only to those vaccinated with three or four doses and recovering from illness, but also vaccinated with two doses, who have not passed four months from the moment of receiving the second dose. However, since the "green standard" is canceled everywhere except for public events, unvaccinated Israelis from today can freely visit shopping centers, restaurants, shops, fitness rooms and other places of recreation and leisure.

  • The symptoms of the omicron strain in those who have previously had other forms of COVID-19 resemble SARS.

Those who are re-infected in the case of omicron show body aches, sore throats, headaches and fever.

So, no way to differentiate this from flu now.

  • Surprise

Scientists at Johns Hopkins University (USA) said that there is no evidence of the effectiveness of lockdowns in suppressing the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. They came to this conclusion on the basis of a meta-analysis of studies on the effectiveness of quarantine measures and self-isolation. The results are published in Studies of Applied Economics.

  • seems evident the omicron is the vaccine the pharma failed to make. and is free for all.

  • Now the “omicron” wave is active, we see how many sick leaves are being opened, despite the fact that we have reduced the mandatory amount of sick leave from 14 to seven days, we do not send those who have been in contact with a covid patient to the hospital. 600,000 sick leaves are opening each day,” Siluanov said. At the same time, earlier, according to him, approximately 200 thousand sick leaves were issued per day. Therefore, the deficit of the Social Insurance Fund, which is responsible for issuing sick leave, will have to be covered from the federal budget, he pointed out.

“I don’t want to give a figure, we will monitor what figure is needed, but there is a three-digit figure in billions of rubles,” the head of the Ministry of Finance said.

    And vaccination works very bad.

  • At this point, can we trust anything that comes out of the mouths of government officials and the bought-and-paid-for medical community? I really don't think so.

  • From Thursday in the UK, people who test positive for COVID-19 will no longer officially have to go into self-isolation, free testing will stop from 1 April.

    The present phase is over.

  • On the heels of concerning new lab and animal experiments suggesting that BA.2 may be capable of causing more severe disease than the original Omicron strain, two new studies are helping to show how well human immunity is defending against this strain in the real world.

BA.2 is about 30% more transmissible than the original Omicron variant, BA.1, according to early studies from the UK and Denmark, and it is now causing about 1 in 5 Covid-19 cases worldwide, according to the World Health Organization.

    The play is still on.

  • A made war, a manufactured epidemic, and a completely controlled commerce heading to collapse.

Don’t expect good things this year World.

  • The number of registered cases of coronavirus infection in the world as of Tuesday morning reached 505,062,996, according to data from the American Johns Hopkins University.

Since the beginning of the spread of the virus in the world after infection with COVID-19, 6,199,933 people have died.

  • It’s nothing compare to the death they need. I wonder what kinds of mechanisms they’ll use now?

More toxic vaccines ? More social restrictions?

    A new desease.

  • @endotoxic dont be in a hurry, they still have finland invitation to nato ;)

  • @roadsidePicnic

Ohhh, yes the “ final ” invitation. That should get it done before the nuke comes out and say Hi !

  • Interesting chart

    image

Tapering of COVID had been totally synchronous in EU and Latin America despite opposite seasons and totally in sync with new war start.

So, most probably we have special spread centers that work according to commands.

Also surprising emergence of flu proves the point as now centers are free to go back to usual viruses they are spreading.

  • Comparing Europe and south America is maybe more accurate if you wish to compare seasonnality. If you do so there is not so many common peak. https://ourworldindata.org/explorers/coronavirus-data-explorer?facet=none&Metric=Confirmed+deaths&Interval=7-day+rolling+average&Relative+to+Population=true&Color+by+test+positivity=false&country=Europe~South+America

  • @mathieu_H

Yes, but on your charts it is also different picture with last peaks, as they become almost in sync and same is tapering out.

  • @Eno Yessir. More evidence that the entire Covid narrative is likely a fabrication to a large degree. The fact that the rtPCR tests are highly innacurate and cycled so high that virtually any "bug" produces a positive result indicates they want to keep this pandemic concept at the forefront of people's thinking. Critical thought and a healthy dose of skepticism is in order IMHO.
