    But interesting to hear what is going on...hopefully one day the hack will be available...GF5 is a pretty nice camera to second GH3 ... so any improvement to match GH3 videos better would be great!

Not an exact one...just something like soon, never ... Seems not many people are interested in a Gf5 hack?

    @feha, I am curious about this also. I would guess not, since I do not see it in the specs, but I do not have a mini-hdmi cable to test.

    So sorry there are never any news about the GF5 hack. I am still wondering if it will be there one day. I think i will get a GX1 now...and sell my GF5...

    What is with all of these Lumix cameras having a one minute max shutter speed. I would really like to do some night sky shots but 60 seconds will not cut it. With the software shutter I would think that this would be built into the camera but if a G5 hack is around the corner, I hope that a longer shutter speed is included. I would donate so hard for something like that.
