Could not agree more.
Reminds me of Panasonic that makes great products in most categories and aspects, but they are one of the worst offenders in terms of the sheer numbers of different custom batteries and the associated chargers. For example, GH1, GH2, GF2, GF3 all have different batteries and chargers. That's nuts!!!
