FilmPower, who made the popularNebula 4000 Lite handheld brushless gimbal, have announced a new integrated 4K camera and brushless gimbal called the ROXOR. The idea of the ROXOR is to produce a combined camera and 3-axis stabiliser with a more streamlined form factor.

As the new Nebula lite seems to be similar to this device, just a reminder: Stay away, latest filmpower products have very poor quality and there is no support beside the promotion guy here who claims to be a girl to cool down our anger.

There is only one word for this company: Cheater! They tricked us with their 4k promotion, they tricked us with the quality of the product and they triked us with their aftersale services, which simply don't exist.

There is nearly no Roxor user without an issue. Mine did not work properly from beginning. Nobody ever answered my mails. I simply sent it back to China. I am sure, i will never hear anything again. 300 Euros down the toilet. The gimbal itself was allright, if the Camera had the quality of a gopro hero one, it would have been ok.

Hey @utezet - I have the exact opposite problem to you, I have a working camera but the gimbal died after less than 5 minutes. Maybe we can mash them together (Hadron Collider??) and get one working unit - about as likely as getting any resolution from these clowns

My Roxor was full of failures, i contacted the support and they told me, i should wait for the firmware update. I waited, and then updated and.....the failures were gone. 2.7k 60mps looked better, still moiré and exposure jumps, but a lot better. I could even use it with my phone. I used it 3 times, and than the device died forever. camera is dead. the Gimbal works, but the camera does not do anything anymore. I will now send it back to China and pray.

March 28th, ROXOR firmware will be upgrade the core part, video parameters will be up to a 4K 15fps and 2.7K 30fps 60Mbps, image quality will be improved a lot.

i own this monstrosity and there is no advantage. it is only a very bad camera on a more or less working gimbal. no one should make the same mistake i did. i own a gopro hd, gopro 3, gh-2 and nx1 and love them all. i thought in 2016 a cheap cam should produce some usefull footage. i would be satisfied with the picture quality of the gopro hd hero, a camera that was often used on television for action shots because the fooage you get is usable. i thought it can't be worse than the osmo or the phantom cam which are fhe worst mass selling cameras ( because they fly). aaaaahh, i was wrong.

@Trumpotman So do I. I will never send something back to China. I paid 60 Euros for the customs. i would pay 30 Euros for shipping it back. And after my experiences with a product of filmpower, it isn't shure that this company will survive. So i propably don't get any money back.

@filmpower The first mistake was, that you advertised it as 4k movie capable. Everything under 18 Frames isn't a movie, but stills in a row. I accepted this as a marketing trick, but it indicated that your company fools people. If the rest was all right, i wouldn't mind. But every second YouTube video about this product shows failures. i am lucky that mine is filming. It suffers from demtia, but it records. sadly the results are pretty horrible looking. By the way: the footage of my 6! years old Gopro Hero hd looks way better than the footage coming out if this device. A clean 1080 Image is all i am asking for. This is 2016.

@Avril_Lovin I was considering purchasing the Nebula 4200, but after watching how your company has conducted business with the Roxor I no longer trust you guys and will not be buying any of your products.

If the ROXOR you bought have problem, you could contact our support, we will help you to slove the problem. If you don' t like it, you also could return the gimbal to us. The product is constantly improve and progress, we will also listen to the questions and summarize to improve the product.

i just don't get it. they commit suicide. they will simply die with this product. they earned some good reputation for assembling just more or less working gimbals. sure, the code of the ripped alexmos board was clearly stolen, but so did most chinese gimbal manufactureres beside dji, and most of them failed to produce a working gimbal, but the gimbals of the nebula line seemed to work. the camera of the roxor is just unusable. But more important, most of the roxors are defective. the cam can be bought standalone for 30-40 dollars. the just combound a ultra low cost cam with a low cost gimbal without any quality control. if they really ask 400 dollars plus for this POS it is a clear rip off. the only thing that makes me smile: i lost 280 Euros. they will loose their hole business.
