Camtree Beam Lite DIMMABLE?

Anybody has some experience with this light? Dimmable ballast, Philips tubes... I never bought anything manufactured in India, can I expect any major quality issues? Price seems very good.

As far as I can see item description is clear about this. And ask seller next time :-)
As for indian lights. I have no idea, usally Indian quality is below Chinese gear.

I sent inquiry to seller and expecting a response, but somehow I doubt he will be as objective as a fellow PV member who has experience with this lighting :)
