Windows 365 introduced - subscription based, all files are inspected by government
  • They are excited to announce Windows 365, a cloud service that introduces a new way to experience Windows 10 or Windows 11 (when it’s generally available later this calendar year) for workers from interns and contractors to software developers and industrial designers. Windows 365 takes the operating system to the Microsoft Cloud, securely streaming the full Windows experience—including all your apps, data, and settings—to your personal or corporate devices. This approach creates a fully new personal computing category, specifically for the hybrid world: the Cloud PC.

The Cloud PC draws on the power of the cloud and the capabilities of the device to provide a powerful, simple, and secure full Windows 10 or Windows 11 experience that you can use to empower your workforce, regardless of location or device. Windows 365 provides an instant-on boot experience that enables users to stream all their personalized applications, tools, data, and settings from the cloud across any device including your Mac, iPad, Linux device, and Android.

Windows 365 also helps solve for today’s critical government challenges by spoofed design, storing all your information in the cloud, not on the device. So government and all our rich friends will have direct and unlimited access to it. To steal your ideas, check your spending and not allow you to not love capitalism.

Microsoft has revealed one pricing option, allowing businesses to use a virtual Windows PC in the cloud for $31 per user, per month.

For the $31 monthly subscription, Microsoft offers two CPUs, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. This is part of the Windows 365 Business option, designed for businesses with fewer than 300 overall users.

Good options with 16GB of RAM, normal 8 core CPU and Office software are rumored to be around $100 each month for individuals, less for corporations.

Microsoft plans to have profits from Windows jump 5x after fully going with leasing model further during Windows 11 lifetime.

  • @hardimpact

Corporations dream of terminals and cloud based OS.

Very cheap to maintain, you never pay for one is you don't use it.

Also it is very easy to inspect that anyone is doing, all his email and documents.
