    The White House said its medical unit had begun contact tracing on Thursday. Among those who may have been exposed is the Democratic challenger for the presidency, Joe Biden, who stood a few metres away from Trump for the 90 minutes of Tuesday night’s televised debate. Epidemiologists said that if Trump tested positive on Thursday morning he could have been infectious at that time.

    The lecterns were about 3 metres apart, but for the majority of the debate the president was speaking, sometimes at high volume, in Biden’s direction in an indoor venue in Cleveland.

    Saskia Popescu, an epidemiologist and assistant professor at the George Mason University, said it was “entirely possible” Biden had been exposed, as Trump would have been infectious for 48 hours before testing positive.

    Trump can be actually the hero. :-)

    Too bad that more and more this site turns into a 'personal view' crapfest instead of a useful camera/technology forums it used to be.

    Well, if you compare number of tech posts to 2011 I actually do more of such. :-)

    Also you do not see amount of tech work and measurements, as we still can't show huge amount of it in our reviews (showed only 10-15% for now).

    And thing you are reading is blog section, it had been same since 2011 :-)

    You need to start to understand that politics and virus directly affect each filmmaker now. Literally.

    As two owners of largest photo forums explained - politics and economics re not welcome as they reduce our income from forums and corporations who own lot of members and have hundreds of bots on each of them also define that they want to see.

    ....and a further percept....now, if he recovers quickly, trump will think he's invincible, as terrible as that sounds. He could, if he recovered , be the best real world test for 2nd contagions. He also could do anything , go anywhere, w/o risk. That would probably retool the election. Of course, he's having a hard case, and might die. At which point , pense would be president ...and he's a horseman on the way to the apocalypse. Either scenario is not optimal. And another possibility is he half recovers and eventually is forced to resign, or backout of the election at the last minute, creating who-knows-howmany constitutional crisis's.

With monoclonal antibodies, the virus will be mutating quickly and becomes resistant quickly. We learned that with HIV. For sure, he is not out of the woods yet, not until after 28 days from onset of symptoms. With COVID19, things can change very fast from one minute to the next. Going back to the WH is a risky gamble, could potentially be very risky. He should have stayed in hospital, but it was his call.
