I'm trying to figure out how to fix problem of footage having color shifting issues when importing h.265 file from NX1 in Davinci Resolve: See screenshot below

Try https://www.personal-view.com/talks/discussion/16945/as-video-converter-something-that-really-uses-hardware#Item_2 to export to H,264
On good modern GPU it'll be very fast conversion.
How do I split the colour components red, green and blue and then move blue component on second node and then recombine? Do you have a video or could write up some instructions? I don't really have the highest expertise on nodes only a small amount of knowledge but I can follow instructions fairly well since I know where the nodes are located. I'm assuming I have to right click on first node to do separation just not sure what option and then hit alt+s to create a new node but not sure how to move blue component and on third node i.e. hit Alt+S for third node but not sure how to recombine them all together.
As I told - try simpler approach with converter first.
I bought a program called footage studio and for me it is too slow for converting footage and I have a modern GPU 1060 gtx.
I won't to avoid doing a conversion if possible because h.265 plays smoothly on my system when editing so editing wouldn't be an issue for me except for color issues.
Tried program you mentioned but just gives me black blank screen for exported file.
