October 27 is the birthday of Panasonic digital camera brand "LUMIX". On this day in 2001 the first LUMIX cameras - "LUMIX LC5" and "LUMIX F7" had been released.

Panasonic today struggle to survive on rapidly falling camera market.
Depending on cameras division sales we can even see some organization changes and even Lumix brand abandonment in 2017. -
