85mm F1.8 and 25mm F2 Zeiss Batis lenses

How are these for video? I have a Sony A7mkii and a 55/1.8 and 35/2.8 lens but I am reconsidering my lenskit for documentary eng work. Would this lens be suited for my kit? Loxia 21/2.8 is another lens I consider (better suited for video work). I hear the focus rings on the Batis lenses are not very smooth for manual focus work.
