4K video shot on lx100

Panasonic actually can update firmware due only top management order, as since old times of releasing tons of cameras a year they move all developers to new camera firmware. It is quite stupid behavior today, but Japanese management is very traditional thinking, needs years and good losses.
Panasonic (not only them) rarely updates the firmware of their cameras besides their flagships, except for bug corrections. In case of Panasonic, except for the GH4, is very rare to update funcionalities.
Is it possible that the lx100 has not received any firmware update since it was released? Is it a dead camera? I can't find anything on the Panasonic website?
Recorded a drive home from the airport in 4K and dropped it into the latest version of Premiere Elements to have a look at the software and have a play with the time remapping feature. Shot in 4K and downscaled to 1080p on export.
Thanks for the great advice.
What do I need to install at least English. How to solve this problem? Thank you.
Learn Japanese.
Hi. I'm from Russia. Bought LX100 in Japan via Internet. I did not know that the menu is only in Japanese. What do I need to install at least English. How to solve this problem? Thank you.
It quickly becomes clear that its beauty is more than skin deep. It shoots swiftly and confidently, turning in a generally excellent performance all around. We never waited for the camera. LX100 focuses quickly and in very low light, and it shoots generously deep, fast image bursts as well. That, in a camera which would easily vanish in a coat pocket, small purse or bag is really quite impressive, as is the availability of 4K movie capture.
