Both are late to the party. We'll see Apple sales quickly shrining next months.
iPhone 6 even lacks optical stabilization.
Camera comparison with Samsung S6

More fun
Reports claimed recently that some 128GB iPhone 6 Plus users have their devices shut off without warning when downloading apps, with some users stating the phone has issues when more than 700 apps are installed. Triple-level cell (TLC) NAND flash memory and controllers are being identified as the cause of the crashes.
The iPhone 6 Plus iSight camera chip is housed in a camera module measuring 10.6 mm x 9.3 mm x 5.6 mm thick. Fabricated by Sony, the iSight camera chip is a stacked (Exmor RS), back-illuminated CMOS image sensor (CIS) featuring 1.5 µm generation pixels (introduced for the iPhone 5s). The die size is 4.8 mm x 6.1 mm (29.3 mm2). The phase pixel pairs have all been implemented in the green channel and cover the majority of the active pixel array. Our exploratory analysis of the iSight camera module and chip is still in progress and we plan to publish Device Essentials and Basic Package Analysis reports in the coming weeks.
While we expected the new version of the FaceTime cameras to get a bump in resolution from 1.2 MP to 2 MP, they’ve in fact stayed at 1.2 MP for both the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
few test shots (all handheld to mostly test stabilization), a couple are in slowmo, edited on the phone with imovie. Also, I'm not sure what happened to the audio lol I just used whatever music iMovie had.
You can make S-curves with the Iphone 6! Unfortunately with the hardware. You can bend the aluminum body of the phone when you press hard enough. :-) And when you bend it back it is broken :-(
Phase detection focusing kicks ass:

Lots of 4G LTE Phone are showed here : http://www.pandawill.com/mobile-phone-c1/android-os-phone-c551.html?dir=desc&network=328&order=price
The biggest drawback is most of them can't jump on your local 4g data networks.
Just wait a little, wide adaption of 4G in Chinese phones will be slightly later. I personally do not know why you need 4G at all, but someone need it.
The biggest drawback is most of them can't jump on your local 4g data networks. That's crippling. There is no support, I don't know what you'd do if you had a bad unit. Parts and accessories are super hard to find. Just getting a screen protector is hard. But for sure, you will save yourself a lot of money. My Jiayu takes better photos than an 5s and better screen. Better in many ways. But a person shouldn't think they're getting the equivalent of a galaxy, they're not, they're getting something a lot cheaper and a bit different. If a person is willing to take a small bit of risk to save a lot of money it's a good choice provided you don't need 4g network. I couldn't imagine paying $1000 for a mobile. Crazy to me. So I rolled the dice and don't regret it.
They aren't as good as mainstream. The apples and samsungs et al are better, they're not $800 better, but they're still better for several reasons.
Some of them are as good as mainstream (of course it depends that you understand under it), some not. It is lot of manufacturers. I really do not see any difference between good ones and Samsung Galaxy S phones.
I have one of these $200 Chinese phones. They aren't as good as mainstream. The apples and samsungs et al are better, they're not $800 better, but they're still better for several reasons.
Yea and just put apple sticker on it - lol
Thanks to Apple I can now buy a phone for more than 1K Euros ! Niiiiiice
Or you can go and buy Chinese phone with same specs (FullHD large IPS screen, good camera, good CPU and GPU, erc) for less than $200.
