Fotga DP500 2 S + QR Rail Support + Base Plate

Hi Everyone, My name is Alan Im from London having been doing some homework regarding the above items for my 5D MkII having come across a few rail supports and base plates will they all in the various configurations do the same job ie allow me follow focus. Only at the moment I feel like next doors dog running after his tail.
