I picked up my K3 about 10 days ago.

The autofocus seems much more responsive and accurate than my K5.

I haven't really done any video testing with it as I mainly use it for stills. The K5 was pretty useless for video as it had no manual option (except via some trickery) and the sensor would overheat quite easily.

However overall I'm quite impressed with the K3 as far as stills are concerned.

The weather-sealed, magnesium alloy body is brand-new, and so is the high-res 24.3-megapixel image sensor, paired to a speedy new PRIME III image processor that's capable of 8.3 frames-per-second burst shooting. What's the chance of the K-3 getting hacked for raw video? And why haven't we seen this happen with the K-5 series...? Does the K-3 have what's needed to see a hack be implemented? [This is by far my favorite camera setup out of any DSLR for stills]
