Crumplepop plugin

Has anyone used or is using crumplepop Formal plugin for FCP7? I bought, installed it, the files are suppose to go under the Master Templates Bin in FCP7 but there's nothing in the Bin. I contacted crumplepop but they have the worse customer service help I have encounter so far; not responding. Anybody familiar with crumplepop?
