    Quick first impressions of the 80cm slider. Build quality is not as good as the varavon lite 600 that I have. It feels much cheaper even though it is not that much cheaper. I had to spend around 20 mins fine tweaking the rollers with an Allen key before I could get a working shot. I've used a GH3 on it and would say that it really is not heavy enough for this slider. It works very well when I add some additional weight to my rig and then use it. Without te added weight it seems to have like a train track effect.

    Not bad for the price but if I had to buy another slider, I would pay the little extra for the varavon lite 800 equivalent.
