Fast way to mount camera to tripod?

This is my first post here and I'm beginner with video stuff. But I got my WF717 tripod and find it very tricky to mount camera to it with the screw that came with the tripod.

I saw here a link to a screw that has half sector "wing" that turns 90 degrees up so it's much easier to handle without screwdriver. Anyone knows link to that product or knows better (but not too expensive) solution to my problem?

Either you need a small coin or you need to go to ebay and search for 1/4" screw you want.

Yes Vitaliy_Kiselev understood me right :) Over 8000 hits on eBay with keywods 1/4" screw. Just thought that maybe someone remembers the link to that specific screw because can't find it from this forum either.
