7.5mm Canon FD Fish-Eye Lens on GH1/GH2?

Has anyone ever used a Canon FD 7.5 mm f5.6 Fish-Eye Lens on a GH1 or GH2 (via FD adapter)?

What about a Peleng 8mm for MICRO 4/3?

I'm curious if it covers the full sensor...or as a partial/full circle.

Any other lens suggestions for getting a good image quality "circular" fish-eye effect on the GH2? Some sort of C-mount lens?

I'm currently using the Lumix 8mm (full sensor coverage)...but I'm looking for a different effect.

I don't quite understand your point. Maybe I need another strong cappuccino...but there are many lenses that aren't "mainstream" for M4/3. Depends on what you consider mainstream.

Apart from semantics...the reason I asked is I'm being told different things:

I was under the impression it was full sensor...but the link I was going to buy it from shows a partial sensor coverage in their listing:

I don't own a gh2 just because of the fact that I don't really like the lumix 8 mm image proportions. And out there there's no really good other alternatives. I think I will have to wait until this samyang lens for m4/3 comes out. I'm courious what that lens proportion is going to be.Take a close look at this news out in

i choosed samyang 8mm with nikon mount and adapter for my gh1, it covers all sensor, i have used for underwater video on other post. Now new lens is comming 7mm i think is the same one but with m43 mount

The Peleng as well as Samyang are fisheyes. At 8mm they will give the circular vignette on a full frame sensor. On the crop sensor, they offer nearly full coverage. On the Gh1, its even better, as it hits the sweet spot of the lens.
You may have to google this, but you can revert the distortion in post to get the full rectilinear picture.
