Juan Pertierra was able to get a 10 bit 444 signal out of the dvx100 ccd this proyects was called andromeda.
Then Juan was silent by the big guys when he was making a mod for the hvx200 (2k 14bit 444)

I know about this.

My understanding that with CMOS this is totally impossible. :-)
