Alesis Pro Track

Just Wanted to know if anyone has had any experence with the Alesis Pro Track with an Ipod Touch or Iphone attached. I want an external recorder and saw that the Alesis Pro Track has XLR inputs with phantom power. I have seen these for sale in the uk for £78.
