Possible to add support for WebP image format?

Got it i'll try to look and remember how to add this, if possible.

Twitter/X seems to use only WebP. If I take some rumour pictures and post here I need to convert images before.

Yep, you can't.
I need to think about it. As it is rare thing and activity on PV is not so big :-)

As far as I can tell you can't upload WebP images to posts.
