I did not expect such a build quality. Everything is done to allow the user to balance the sled statically and dynamically. The gimbal is adjustable on the column which allows to play on the height of the camera. We can thus obtain shots above the head of an actor or even at the level of the ground if we reverse the sled (low mode). Being able to adjust this height of gimbal is very significant. The Sled is wired in HDMI but not in SDI. The V-lock box can power a monitor and even split the HDMI signal to both view the image on the screen and transmit it via a Teradek or Connex type HD transmitter. I use it on a Glidecam X-10 double arm with a Zcam + remote HF camera and it is really VERY clean. No vibration in the image. It is so well done that you can modify it to add SDI wiring. For the price this Sled is amazing.
