    Currently assembling a "alder lake" for 4K editing...

    Never mind that DDR5 RAM is not available. :-p

    Intel Core i7-12700K or i9-12900?

    GPU situation is also totally insane, so I grabbed a Asus 3080Ti. But I'm no gamer so it I fear that it is totally overkill and wasted money? Considering a return... (Dealer had about 25 pcs, they sold out in about 8 hrs.) Better with a 3060 or 3070/Ti? Or perhaps my 1070Ti still would be enough?
