Capitalism: Anti -Smoking Lobby

  • New moves, NZ leads, as always

New Zealand overtook its rivals in one powerful leap in the smoker's catch-up competition. New Zealand is about to become the definitive and irrevocable “No Smoking Area” and will slowly ban the sale of tobacco products altogether. Yes, absolutely. This is the premiere. No one anywhere in our gloomy world has thought of such an extreme. New Zealand will be the first.

To begin with, New Zealand will gradually raise the legal age of tobacco use: starting in 2027, the legal age for smokers will increase by one year each year. Simultaneously with this remarkable measure, the number of places where it will be allowed to sell tobacco to the population will be reduced.

In parallel with these measures, the New Zealand government is going to reduce the nicotine content in cigarettes, prohibit filters (don't ask why, probably, so that you get sick of the taste as soon as possible ...) and establish minimum stable prices for tobacco products.

But the most decisive and, perhaps, the most effective of the announced measures, undoubtedly, should be considered this last cherry on the cake: everyone born after 2004 will be banned from smoking for life. Reread. There is no mistake. Forbidden for life.

    New free world.

  • Beyond covid and global warming it seems that next big problems are indeed Smoking and beef meat... Im seriously think to grow my own tobacco and why not a Angus buffalo.

  • @garroulus

    It won't work.

For example, here police and special control organs almost exterminated all private pigs, just by declaring that they spread viruses and stuff. No checks, just mass eliminations. Same time as nearby big corporation made pig farm.

They will just declare that tobacco and animals are dangers for humanity.

They already tried 11 times to do it with cats and COVID, and I am sure they'll return to it.

Cats and dogs will be next victim, their owners will be called "non responsible citizens who spread all the virus"

  • Sultan Khamzaev, a State Duma deputy from United Russia, proposed to completely ban the sale of tobacco to citizens born after 2014.

Why they so much like 4 number?
