Nebula 4300

Does anyone own this gimbal? I'm having trouble with getting it configured. I've had it for just around a year and it's giving me a lot of performance issues. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at FilmPower.

Filmpower lately almost disappeared. As it is really blood and carnage at gimbals market with priced dropping 2-3 times in time of one year.
But I can try to get them to help you if anyone alive.
