Looking for a normal zoom like the Tamron 17-50, Tokina 28-70, or something along those lines that has a focus throw longer than ~45 degrees. Pisses me off that so many low priced zooms now have such ridiculously short focus throws. Are there any that I should look into?
My old manual focus photographic zoom lenses all have focus throws of around 120 degrees, and none of them are less than 90 degrees. You just need an all-manual lens - no auto focusing.
