I want lights like these!

I'm watching I, Frankenstein (shitty movie) but then I saw these lights. I was wondering if it it was a bunch of these Neopixels (https://www.adafruit.com/products/1426) stuck together but I don't think so. Should be easy enough to cobble something like this together. It would need a pretty decent power supply though.
