Ice Light

Hello. I don't know much about electronic-electrical thing and i want your "lights" !!! Is there any alternative to this product ? or, is there a DIY guru to advise me what kind of components should i buy to create a similar one for myself ? Looks quite shitty.
It can be just two led tubes (that fit into standard fluos places).
You can check Lishuai Photokina report, they seems to have some strange thing similar to this.
