are these cinematics lenses the zeiss baby primes that have been announced few months ago and have dissapeared from the internet? I was searching for filming lens set solutions (24/35/50/85) and I was especially interested in the baby primes due to afforable price against the zeiss CP line, but I couldn´t find any review just few videos on vimeo

Nope.
This is still lenses (first one is Zeiss one) modified up to cine lenses..
baby primes should be rehoused still zeiss lenses too, so I thought that after zeiss have distanced from them and any info about these babies dissapeared they renamed them and started to sell.. btw they should be 30/40% off the CP price so I was really thinking I am looking on the baby primes which probably had to dissapear due zeiss (also on the manufacturers site - kelvincamera.com are only original CP and ZF lenses)
but who cares, these one and the samyang/rokinon ones are probably the only choice for someone who needs cine housing and doesn´t have a lot of money for the real cine lenses..
I'm not sure about these lenses. Specially, how is the aperture adjusted? I can see an aperture ring on the first lens, but not the second. Is it stepless or are they click stops?
Duclos wrote a preview of these earlier: http://matthewduclos.wordpress.com/2011/12/02/cinematics-high-cost-customized-film-lens/

On both it must be geared.

I think, it is stepless, otherwise installing gear have no point.
Otherwise - ask seller directly.
Judging from replies on the duclos link, clickless will cost you more $.

It is weird way to gain information, don't you think?
Ask seller directly about specific lens and get real response.
From last time I research this it was just an external housing mounted on the lens... I will try to find the video
btw, some info is here http://www.pchood.com/%E7%94%B5%E5%BD%B1%E9%95%9C%E5%A4%B4/film%20lens
It seems like they have some sale now:
50mm F1.7 for $449
50mm F1,4 for $683.10
Babyprimes had to change name do to zeiss, now they are http://www.lockcircle.com/primecircle_xt_lenses/#
Not as affordable as cinematics but incredible feeling, way better that duclos. They are ZF lenses.
Please, check topic title. Lenses you referenced do not belong here, make separate topic for them.
Also Cinematics is making lenses based on Zeiss primes also. And as I understand - cheaper.
way cheaper, I only pointed out at hedrox that baby prime didn´t disappear they just change name. The zeiss 50mm costs 1119 euros with out tax.
thanks @andres!
Any idea if it's possible to get these lenses in pl mount?
Has anyone tied one of these?
Some examples of these lenses with GH's?
Has anyone here bought one?? If so can you please share what they are like???
They are still lenses in new housings and decklicked aperture, so check reviews of still lenses.
