Can someone point out what to use this for? I mean, with those weird wheels? Any advantage over normal 4-wheeled mini-dolly?

They are not weird :-) Plus advantages are numerous, as you can, for example circle the camera itself.
@fatpig- 3 uses:
1.) If you add an adjustable height folding table to this (you can get one in the USA at Costco for $36), you have essentially created the ability to do circular pan shots in the same vein as the $850 Digital Juice Orbit Dolly : http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=762915&Q=&is=REG&A=details
2.) With only 3 wheels, you can dial in an angle to keep the camera pointed at. As such, instead of just doing horizontal pans, you can do a 'circular' pan, WITHOUT having to move the camera manually through that arc (which would basically be impossible unless you had the dolly on a track).
3.) You can dial all 3 wheels to be pointing in the same direction and do a loooooonnng horizontal slider type move, limited only by the length of flat surface you have.
All of the above taken from the idea of the Digitial Juice Orbit Dolly, which in turn was pointed out to me by @oscillian- all credit to him on this front.
Who told you that it is "original" and "higher precision"? It is not.
I said seemingly, ie looking at the photos and Amazon's description. It in matte black, has finer markings, larger wing nuts. I'm hoping one of the models will be better machined and sturdier. The Kamerar is said to weigh 4 pounds, while one blue-wheeled eBay version is quoted at 2.1lbs and only has a wheelbase of 5.4 inches.
I would welcome comparisons, but since each buyer usually only gets to test his own, we have little but anecdotes and photos to go on. Which is where forums like this can help.
Anyone prepared to take their skate dolly apart? Eg is your own skate's base aluminium or steel? Does the wheel-adjuster screw into a hardened steel bushing within the aluminium knob or base, or straight into the soft aluminium? Does the adjuster screw stop suddenly and still remain difficult to tighten, or remain progressive, even after many adjustments?
OK, I've just ordered the such triangle dolly and will file a review here. Maybe even some restaurant-ad food shots.
I have ordered also "Capa" one, waiting for it , than will make some video review ...
