Shipping time on P-V deals from China to U.S?

    I recently ordered the Cinematics Matte Box and Fotga follow focus from the P-V deals. I am hoping both will arrive by next week, as I have a major shoot that I'd like to use them on.

    Can anyone tell me, about how long it took either of these or similar orders to arrive in the U.S.A?

    If it's shipping via China post, expect to wait between 2 weeks and a month. If you paid a little extra for DHL, a week or less is very likely.

    Paid extra for DHL, it only 2-4 days to USA. haha

    Same here in Europe, DHL comes very fast.

    Just wondering if you guys have to pay any customs taxes from China - USA. I ordererd a SmallHD DP4 was shipped via UPS to China, and only had to pay 12$ USD in customs tax, but when I ordered from Edelkrone who uses DHL I had to pay like 23% customs fees.

    I ordered a H005 monitor on monitor day last week. I got an email stating:

    The monitor has been sent out by China. Tracking NO is RAxxxxxxxxxxxxCN. It takes 15-25 days to you.

    Googling "China post tracking" yields a number of sites, but, none can provide tracking info. The actual China Post site seems to be: http://intmail.183.com.cn/item/trace/itemTraceAction.do

    My shipment does not show up on any tracking site. I have emailed the vendor.

    Does anyone have a suggestion of a better site to try?

    First, seller always play on safe side statine shipping time. And it is right.
