Hi everyone
I need to make a house look old and abandoned, but I can find a way to make fake spider we, any thoughts? Thank you
search for halloween props, there are various e.g. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=spider+web+halloween&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Aspider+web+halloween
there is also spider web in spray can
We used to wave a ruler with glue on the end at school, but i cant remember what glue it was other than that it was clear non toxic and used for paper. It works great!
You can use hot glue but I imagine it would take forever. I second the Halloween props.
Thank you everyone
where can I find the Spray?
any idea how do they make it in movies? any BTS? o Article?
hhhhhhhhhhhhh
@peaceonearth ok, thanks man you really think I didn't do that?
I heard from someone who used to work for Roger Corman (infamous low budget film producer) that they used rubber cement to make spider webs and that is was HIGHLY FLAMMABLE, so be careful.
She said when she heard the scene would have open flames she called the fire dept. to shut it down (people love to tell their hero war stories).
Thank you guys that was very helpful
I would think using cotton balls or cotton threading, then stretching it out....
I seem to have plenty of success using ordinary spiders ;-)
