Mic not picking up all the time GH2

    for some reason my gh2 only records audio like 1 out of 3 videos

    Try menu, setup, reset. If that doesn't do it, I think your camera has a physical defect.

    do you think it could be something inside ptools i know theres audio function in there. it could be trying to record at some crazy bitrate or something or format

    Only if you checked some audio boxes in PTool and picked crazy values. PTool only applies the patches that you tell it to. If you have any doubts, flash back to a stock firmware image.
