SanDisk SDXC 95MB/s - is there difference in function of different sizes?

I read that 64GB Card is recommended for high data rate settings. Is there a reason why it is 64GB except the size? Is the 64GB card different to 32 or 16 GB? Sorry if there was already a topic. I couldn't find an answer by searching in discussions.

Yes, it performs better. We have verified this conclusively in spanning tests, etc.
