Charger always green

Has anyone run into this? I placed a Lumix GH2 battery which was 3/4 depleted into the charger and the green light goes on. I tried a different charger and the same issue.

Yeah, the Lumix charger works so that the green light is when it's charging and then when it's charged there's no light.
