Announced on Tuesday, the policy will be the first in the world to impose a tax on cow burps and flatulence, as well as sheep urine.

Is ironic, we're already the cleanest and greenest country in the world for growing beef and producing milk, and yet we're going to get whacked with a big fat green tax.
