Some breakdown on Aliexpress
- You have three kinds of coupons and they all sum in order
- Fixed universal coupon you get on special page or app
- Select coupons (for example, can be $2 from each $15, or $5 from $65)
- Seller coupons (on store page or below item prices)
It also means that during sale cheapest item is sometimes not one where you see cheapest price but where you can apply most coupons :-).

Main types of Aliexpress discounts
- Seller discount - can see it on the item page, it is applied automatically, no need to do anything.
- Seller coupon - usually can see it on the item page, can be many fo different ones, but can also be on the special or main page of sellers store. You need to click on it to get it.
- Seller coupon code - very similar to one above, but you ned to enter it on the final step of the order, can't be mixed with general aliexpress coupons.
- Special coupons - $2 coupons, usually it is easy to get lots and lots of them before any sale. They work only for items where seller enabled them and it can be different discounts ($2/15, $6/65 and so on). They are very useful for specialized and uncommon items sometimes.
- General aliexpress coupons - Also can get it on sepcial pages or win in games, can be universal or limited to certain kind of items. You can't mix it with any coupon codes.
- General aliexpress coupon codes - usually it is best to follow PV to get such, can be also universal or limited to certain kind of items. You can't mix it with any general coupons or any sellers coupon codes.

I have had lots of issues try to get stuff from AliExpress lately.
First tried to order an Aputure Tri-8. Seller never shipped anything so cash was back on my card after a few weeks.
So again tried to order an Aputure HR672S, seller provided a non functional FEDEX tracking numer, never responed to my inquieries and after a dispute my cash was again back on my card.
It's my understanding that both these panels are basically discontinued by Aputure, but when a seller provides a number of available units on AliExpress I expect them to be actually available and not some vapourware.
Alas, I did a preorder on the Amaran 200d in early january, this has of course not been shipped either as the dealer has not recieved any stock, but at least this is a reputable dealer which I have bought from in the past. And they do answer your messages.
But after three months of trying to get som Aputure stuff, and still nothing. That sucks. :-p
