Its representatives accused the leadership of the messenger of lack of measures against users who spread messages with extremist content, including after the January 6 attack on the US Capitol. The plaintiffs point out that such content violates Apple's app store terms of use.

    It is noted that a similar claim is also planned to be filed against Google. Apple and Telegram have not yet commented on the situation.
