No "Creative Movie" menu in my firmware

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I just received my new GH2 and when I´ve switched on I can´t find the "Creative Movie" Menu. I guess is an old firmware?? Any suggestion??

You have to turn the wheel on the top of the camera to the movie camera icon next to the letter 'M'.
