So this seems like the guts of an older camera into a newer body with some audio tweaks. So if we don't see a series Panasonic m43 body this or early next year, its over for Panasonic m43 line. With Olympus dead, yes, possibly new camera coming up but it will just have early body internals, there is no way they will stick the new Sony high MP sensor. Does not look good for m43 format.

It is still possibility for GH6 to see real wide release. Price hike will be enourmous (around 80% rumored compared to GH5) for body, but still. Do not expect any raw, of course. RED is very firm here.

But we have Panasonic management who now afraid to do anything, except producing top price FF items.

I think the GH6 will "tell the tale" for Micro 4/3. If it doesn't sell well (or isn't even released at all) then m4/3 is dead. It looks like the FF L-mount cameras from Panasonic are already pretty much dead (although I think the L-mount will continue with Lieca) which means that Panasonic could soon be "exiting stage left" from the camera market too.

Such a crazy release to market it at vloggers yet make so many own goals with omissions.

All they needed to do was to release a Panasonic G85 with better AF in the sub 2m focus distance! (as that is where most vlogging is done, you don't have arms longer than 2m!)
