Workflow to cornform 60fps to 24fps

Hi, I wondered what is a good workflow to conform 720p 60fps to 24fps without transcoding to Proress and use cinema tools? I use premiere but when I reinterpret the 60fps footage to 24fps from the GH2 I get some Programs errors. thanks

just bring the 60fps footage into a 24fps timeline in premiere.
