  • So the price point of whole systems will be close to turnkey system but them got better performance per dolar something this time? No plans for cheap usefull computer before the bombs fall

    Well, performance will be nice, and without much overclocking good old x299 boards will run it nice. Plus they have superb new boards, can check x299 topic.

    Note that AMD this time wants to screw their clients by abandoning much more recent x399 and segmenting HEDT into multiple parts, as well as getting huge profits from CPUs. As due to chiplets their cost to manufacture is around 30% compared to Intel 14-18 core chips.
