AMD market share - things are tough

    Top ever market share happened in 2006 and was around 22%. And from this it was down and down.

    According to Mercury Research last year was first with slow market share growth.

    AMD share on x86 compatible CPUs market last quarter increased from 7.9% to 8.6%.
    On desktop CPUs market share reached 12.2%. But whole year growth here is 0.7%.
    Mobile CPUs grow by 5% and reached 8%. AMD even could finally reach 1% market share in servers.

    Things are still tough.

    Hope they recover, I don't want only Intel as a monopoly
