Also, the biggest budget outlays for a feature today is the cost of the star cast and marketing expenses. Pre, Production and Post expenses have dropped a lot.
No mate. A trip to India last year, and the low budget market is booming. Regional cinema..Hollywood makes 600 films a year, Bollywood about 900 and Tollywood about 950. Total film production among all regional cinemas in India is about 3000 movie a year. Most are around 200K USD in budget.
