Brazil: More privatization and rainforests destruction

    In August 2017 government made plans to sell 57 big state enterprises to private owners.

    As well as allow destruction of protected rainforests to try to get more oil, need this due to falling extraction.

    Its disgusting short sighted waste of gorgeous nature. It makes me sad to read about it again. Especially gold mining is crazy destructive and barely profitable.

    The faster humans waste resources, the sooner the collapse. From a perspective of Gaia, it's a better result. Of course, when humanity's lights go out, the Universe will no longer be observed, at least in this solar system, anyway
