He said it's $4,000? An Inspire 2 with X5S is only $800 more and can record 5.2k / can be upgraded to ProRes and/or CinemaDNG. Unless they're offering similar upgrades, their price may need to come down another 10-20%.

It is best to listen to all thing, as DJI is known for horrible service. This guys specialize on delivering simple product that works and repair/replace it even in weekend.
