Mitakon Lens Turbo Adapter to Canon and M42

Im looking to order Mitakon Lens Turbo Mk II adapter. I have some old M42 and Canon lens I want to use. Can I use them all on one adapter with maybe additional ring mount (Example: Mitakon Adapter to Canon > M42 adapter with M42 lens). Or I need to order two Mitakon adapters ?

Best idea is to use existing topic for adapter
On Canon EF adapter you can add EF to M42 passive adapter one.
