One important omission, according to DPReview: no focus ring! What looks like a focus ring is not.

DPReview got all wrong. Lens have focus ring and MF mode.

I have the Yi 42.5 f1.8 for a week, I only paid 80 € for the new lens.

I am thrilled, ideally at the E1.

the lens is slow in autofocus, just like the E1 unless you activate CAF. The zcam E1 always pumps at constant auto focus with all olympus and panasonic lenses therefore I basically do not use CAF.

I am thrilled with the picture quality at the E1, the blur at F1.8 is fantastic. exactly like the macro mode. inspire the low light abilities,

The YI 42.5 f1.8 is now used by me next to the Lumix G 25 f1.7 and the Kamlan 50mm F1.1 for low light

Wonder what is the difference between the two of them? Maybe even a clone??
